Getting over a particularly bad back and leg spasm problem. Hoping to start walking slowly again in the next few weeks and when the weather hots up I will go on a few walking trails around my area and, hopefully, if I can find my video camera do a video of the sites around here. These will be coastal walks and show the cliffs and plains around out island. Don’t expect too much for the first few weeks because I can’t walk too fast.
